Tenzinga Performance power!

Tenzgina is a performance evaluation tool that allows, and requires, the leader to give their team members frequent feedback and gives them a percentage score as to the overall performance. The power of this tool for the leader is that it gives the employee constant feedback as to their performance, and the ability to dispute entries if need be.

The leader enters quick small entries frequently that create a trend of the subordinate’s performance instead of relying on a annual review, or focusing on notable instances. This frequency of entries encourages the leaders to enter more positive feedback that annual reviews tend to miss. Naturally we focus more on the negative than the positive. When a leader is able to look retrospectively and see that one of their team has 40 positive entries and only 3 negative it puts the performance in a more realistic perspective. Tenzgina
