Open 24/5, the 1 North Study Room supports students who need access to computers, printers, and study space to complete their course work.
Using Park Library’s after-hours spaces is a privilege and a responsibility. The after-hours study space policies and procedures are posted online and in the 1 North Study Room. We’d like to remind users that:
- Currently enrolled students may access the Park Library’s north entrance facing Preston, the door to the 1 North Study Room, and the door to the Java City area during the hours of operation.
- A valid CentralCard is required to access these after-hours study spaces at all times.
- Do not prop the doors open.
- Do not open the doors for others.
- The hours of operation are subject to change due to holidays and unforeseen circumstances.
- Users must adhere to all library policies and to the code student of rights and responsibilities.
- Library questions and help desk tickets may be submitted online and will be answered when staff are on duty. Please note, these services are not open 24/7.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, when inside the Park Library, users are expected to:
- Wear a face covering over their nose and mouth
- Sit one person per table
- Maintain a 6-foot distance from others
- Study individually, not in groups
